KPI Green added to its big wins fron Adani Green Energy with a service orders and a purchase order for the execution of electrical, civil, and allied works for a 300 MWac / 405 MWdc project at the Khavda Hybrid Renewable Power Project. Thius marks the second large order received by KPI Green from the Adani group after an earlier 534 MW order. The firm has made a special focus on projects in Khavda, to build on its advantages in Gujarat, where it is based.
In a regulatory filing, KPI Green stated that it will undertake the execution of electrical AC–DC works, as well as civil works comprising pile foundations, installation of stubs, erection of module mounting structures, and module installation.
With the receipt of these service orders and the purchase order, the aggregate orders received by the company from Adani Group entities in relation to the Khavda projects now stand at 834 MWac / 1,131 MWdc, including the 534 MWac / 726 MWdc order earlier intimated to the stock exchanges on January 16, 2026.
Scope of Work
Other aspects falling under the scope of work, inter alia, include robotic cleaning system structures and IDT stations, as well as the supply of electrical DC/AC and HT equipment (excluding main equipment), as detailed in the respective service orders and purchase orders issued by the customers.
These orders further reflect the company’s continued engagement as a trusted execution partner for large-scale utility renewable energy projects. The execution will be carried out in a phased manner, in accordance with the timelines stipulated under the respective service orders and purchase orders.
Previous collaboration between KPI Green and Adani Green
In January 2026, KPI Green Energy received a goods and Balance of System (BoS) package from Adani Green Energy and its subsidiary. The company received a goods supply order from Adani Green Energy and on-site services for Adani Green Energy Six Limited for a BoS package for an aggregate 534 MW solar power project at Khavda, Kutch, Gujarat.
The scope of work includes manufacturing, procurement, packing, transportation, factory acceptance tests, and the supply of commissioning spares, mandatory spares, consumables, and associated materials.
