INA Solar Appoints Abhishek Kaushal as New Chief Business Officer (CBO)

Jaipur based Insolation Energy arm INA Solar has appointed Abhishek Kaushal as its new Chief Business Officer (CBO), effective today. The company announced the appointment stating that Abhishek brings over 15 years of experience across the energy sector, most recently serving as Director – South Asia at Anhui Huasun Energy Co., Ltd.

He is widely recognised for his strengths in market entry strategy, business development, sales growth, and contract negotiations. An MBA in Oil & Gas, Abhishek possesses a deep understanding of the entire energy value chain, seamlessly bridging conventional and renewable energy domains. His career spans senior roles across government, private enterprises, and global manufacturing organisations, including both Chinese and Indian players.

This diverse exposure has equipped him with strong operational, project management, and team leadership capabilities. With his global perspective and execution-driven mindset, Abhishek is set to play a pivotal role in accelerating INA Solar’s growth journey.

About The Company

Insolation, which has commenced commercial operations at its new 3 GW PV module manufacturing lines in Sawarda, Jaipur, plans to commission the remaining 1.5 GW by January 2026. Currently, the company has a 4.5 GW solar cell manufacturing project and an 18,000 MT aluminium frame manufacturing plant at Narmadapuram, Madhya Pradesh. Civil and PEB construction work is underway at full pace at its 4.5 GW TOPCon G12R solar cell manufacturing facility.
