HSCC Tenders for 10 MW Solar Plant Under RESCO Model at NCI Haryana

HSCC has issued a tender on behalf of AIIMS for setting up of a 10 MW solar plant at the National Cancer Institute (NCI), Haryana under the RESCO model.

The Hospital Consultancy Corporation Ltd. (HSCC) has issued a tender on behalf of the All India Institute for Medical Sciences (AIIMS) for setting up of a 10 MW solar power plant at the National Cancer Institute, in Jhajjar, Haryana under the RESCO model.

The scope of work for the selected bidders will include the supply, installation, testing, commissioning of the solar power plants. The project developers will also be required to provide comprehensive operation and maintenance services for the plant from the date of commercial operation.

The last date for bid submission is August 19, 2019, and the technical bids will be opened on the same date. A pre-bid meeting has been scheduled for August 5, 2019, to address the concerns raised by the prospective bidders.

To be eligible, the firms shall have an average annual financial turnover of Rs 30.00 crores in the last three financial years. And, should have satisfactorily completed the works as mentioned below during the last 7 years:

Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning, including operation and maintenance of one 8 MW solar power plant. OR

Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning, including operation and maintenance of two of 6 MW solar power plant. OR

Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning, including operation and maintenance of three 4 MW solar power plant.

Recently, the Municipal Corporation of Jodhpur has invited bids from eligible parties for providing consultancy and advisory services for the development of a 10 MW solar power project in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. The last date for bid submission is August 5, 2019, and the technical bids will be opened on August 6, 2019.

Earlier, Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) has issued a tender, seeking bids from eligible bidders for the deployment of a 10 MW grid-connected solar PV power plant at the Singareni Thermal Power Plant (STPP) in Telangana.
