Manufacturer of stationary energy storage products for large-scale energy project developers as well and commercial and industrial sector, Hithium has forged a partnership with energy storage project developer Perfect Power LLC. The agreement was signed at Hithium’s headoffice located in China. The agreement will pave the way for Hithium to supply battery products of 1 GWh for deployment across Perfect Power markets.

Energy storage project developer Perfect Power has its operations centered in Texas and California.

As of now, Perfect Power has an operational ESS portfolio of 2,000 MWhs around the United States. Perfect Power is looking towards Texas to enhance its portfolio. Texas has the highest installed solar capacity in all of US. In USA, both Texas and California are among the largest energy markets.

Hithium has delivered about 11 GWh of battery products delivered and is among the few large-scale firms that manufacture stationary energy storage.

The announcement follows the news of partnership between CATL and Quinbrook for a Global Framework Agreement in stationary storage with the aim to deploy 10GWh+ of CATL’s advanced storage solutions over the next five years.

The global stationary energy storage market size stood at US$ 35.17 billion in 2022 and is expected to witness a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 23.64% from 2023 to 2030. Asia Pacific is estimated to dominate the global stationary battery storage market in the near future.
