Growatt Opens Pre-Sale of its First Solar-Based Portable Power Station

A world leader in solar industry, China-based Growatt has announced the pre-sale of its newly launched portable power station, ‘Infinity1500.’ As per the company, the pre-sales event is happening for 15 days from September 1 to September 15, 2022. As far as prices are concerned, the Infinity1500 will be available at $1399 for American customers with a $200 discount on the official website.

Growatt deals in distributed energy solutions and it claims to have specialized in sustainable energy generation, storage and consumption. It also delves into energy digitalization.

The company calls Infinity 1500 its first portable power station. It features 1512Wh battery capacity, 2000W AC output, and 12 versatile outlets that allow users to power most devices. It has a two-hour AC charging speed and supports up to 800W solar input. The power station can be fully charged in  2.5 hours in sunlight.

Growatt states that the portable power station weighs only 16.5kg as it is made lighter than other competing products of similar capacity for greater portability. Other features such as uninterrupted power supply (UPS) and smart APP control are provided for extended scenarios.

The firm also informed that Infinity 1500 was awarded the 2022 Red Dot Design Award by impressing a committee of experts with its innovation regarding design and features. It also held that 11 years of focus on energy storage solutions has laid a solid foundation for Growatt to set foot into the portable power station market.
