GAIL India Floats Tender For 10 MW Solar Project In Guna, MP

GAIL India has invited bids for hiring a project management consultant (PMC) to set up a 10 MW ground-mounted solar power project. GAIL India will install this solar project in the Vijaipur Complex, Guna District, Madhya Pradesh.

The last date for submitting the bid for this 10 MW solar power project is August 24, 2022, till 4:00 pm and bids will be opened on August 25, 2022, at 4:00 pm.

Interested bidder will have to submit a 3% amount of annualized order value (Excluding GST) as performance security or seurity deposit. Earnest money deposit & bid security amount is zero for all bidders.

The scope of work also covers supervising the project from the award date to the completion of all services, engineering, design, and procurement (EPC) tender preparation, construction supervision, quality management, and commissioning of the project.

Eligibility Criteria

Within the last five years as on the originally scheduled date of tender opening, the bidder should have experience in design, engineering, tendering, and construction management work order for a 5 MW or above the capacity of the solar project.

The Bidder should have Positive Net Worth as per the latest audited financial statement. For acquiring 10 MW capacity during the previous three (3) fiscal years in a row, the bidder’s minimum annual turnover should be Rs. 1.45 crores & the minimum working capital should be Rs. 29.1 lakh in the last audited financial year.

A deadline extension of another six months would be granted if necessary, but the consultant is expected to finish the project within 16 months. If for any reason other than the consultant, the work cannot be completed within the extended period of 22 months (16 months + 6 months), only 10% of the award value will be paid to the PMC for the additional six months they need to do their work.
