Fourth Partner commissions 90kWp rooftop solar

Fourth Partner Energy has announced the commissioning of its 90 kWp rooftop solar installation at the Scope Complex in New Delhi.

U.D.Choubey, Director General, SCOPE inaugurated the facility. Scope is an apex professional organisation representing the Union government’s public enterprises. It also has some state enterprises, banks and other institutions as its members.

“We are committed to bring down our energy consumption substantially. This investment furthers SCOPE’s efforts to align with government’s renewable energy goals. We are proud to partner with Fourth Partner Energy for our solar power needs.” said U.D.Choubey, Director General, SCOPE.

Speaking on the occasion Srinivasa Reddy, Head of Operations, R&D, and Product development, Fourth Partner Energy said “SCOPE Complex is one of the most prestigious projects and we are pleased to have commissioned this project which is in line with our highest quality standards and engineering capabilities.” He further added “Solar rooftop installations not only help corporates save on cost of power but also support them to become active participants in reducing their carbon footprint.”

Fourth Partner Energy estimates that the project will offset more than 117,000 kgs of CO2 over the next 25 years. That is the equivalent to planting 5,200 trees. As compared to a coal-fired plant 218,000 litres of water will be saved.
