With an installed capacity of 97 MW, the new solar plant can generate more than 260 GWh each year, which is equivalent to the annual consumption needs of around 122,000 Chilean households, while avoiding the emission of more than 127,000 tonnes of CO2 into the atmosphere.

The company has invested approximately 180 million US dollars in the construction of 97 MW plant, in line with the Group’s strategic plan.

The commissioned park is supported by a long-term power purchase agreement (PPA), and the power generated by the plant will be transferred to Chile’s Central Region Transmission Network (Sistema Interconectado Central, SIC).
