DUAD Issues Tender for Supply Of Solar PV Power Project

Directorate Urban Administration and Development (DUAD) has floated a solar tender for supply power to set up 2X 10.5 MW capacity Solar PV collocated, on the land identified in District Neemuch in the state of Madhya Pradesh.

The tender mentions that the last date for online submission of the bids is September 08, 2022, till 5:30 pm & the bids will be opened on September 08, 2022, at 5:30 pm.

This solar tender includes the scope of work in design, engineering, supply, construction, erection, testing, commissioning of 2X10.5 MW and operating and maintaining for 25 years AC Solar PV Power Project on part payment based on stage progress and remaining based on Annuity Payment linked to Monthly Unit Generation.

For participating in the bidding process, the interested bidder will have to pay Rs. 50,000/- as a tender document fee. The total construction period allowed for this tender is 15 months from the date of LoA & the Operation Period is 25 years from the Date of Scheduled Commissioning as per RFP.

The awarded bidder will have to pay Rs. 50,00,000/- as an Earnest Money

Deposit (EMD). The eligible bidder should have an average annual financial turnover during the last three financial years ending31st March 2021/ 31st March 2022 of at least 100 Crores and a Net worth of Rs. 30 Crores as on 31st March 2021 or 31st March 2022.

The bidder must have experience in the last seven years as of the last date of the month before the month of issue of this request in developing Solar Photo Voltaic (SPV) based grid-connected Solar Projects, including Supply, Installation, testing, and commissioning of Solar PV Power Plant and Solar Systems of cumulative Capacity, not less than 50 MW (Fifty) MW including associated Civil works. However, the performance of such a solar PV power plant and the solar system must have been subpar for at least six (06) months after the date of commissioning.
