CIDCO Floats Two Solar Tenders of 4.18 MW, 1.24 MW

The City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra (CIDCO) has invited two bids to set up 4.18 MW and 1.24 MW of rooftop solar power plants. These solar tenders are under the gross metering arrangement at various locations on its properties in Navi Mumbai under the public-private partnership (PPP) model.

The last date of the both tenders for submitting the online bids is November 17, 2022, till 03:00 pm and bids will be opened on the same day.

CIDCO Floats Two Solar Tenders of 4.18 MW, 1.24 MW

The City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra (CIDCO) has floated two solar tenders to set up 4.18 MW and 1.24 MW of rooftop solar power plants. These solar tenders are under the gross metering arrangement at various locations on its properties in Navi Mumbai under the public-private partnership (PPP) model.

The last date for submitting the online bid is November 17, 2022, till 03:00 pm & bids will be opened on the same day. 

This 50 MW tender’s scope of work includes design & engineering, manufacture/procurement, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning including warrantee obligation with twenty-five (25) years of comprehensive operation and maintenance. 

To procure the tender, the bidders must have completed the installation and commissioning of one rooftop solar system with a capacity of 3,300 kW or more in a single contract in the last five years, at least 1,600 kW of which must have been a grid-connected solar system. Before the deadline for accepting bids, the 1,600 kW project should have been in use for the previous 12 months. 

The average annual turnover of the bidder should not be less than Rs. 17 Crores in the preceding three financial years, wherein the annual turnover shall be calculated as follows:

4.0 Cr. X Capacity in MW bidder is bidding X 0.7 = X Cr. 

The net worth of the bidder during the last Financial Year shall be 7 crores, wherein the net worth shall be calculated as follows:

Net Worth = (Equity + Reserves) – (Revaluation reserves+ intangible assets + miscellaneous expenses to the extent not written off + carried forward losses)
