BSUL Floats Tender for Consultant for 1200 MW Jalaun Solar Park

A Joint Venture of NHPC (National Hydro Electric Power Corporation) Limited and Uttar Pradesh New and Renewable Energy Development Agency (UPNEDA), Bundelkhand Saur Urja Limited (BSUL) has invited bids for the “Engagement of an expert consultant for providing Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services to Bundelkhand Saur Urja Limited for implementation of Jalaun Solar Park 1200 MW” on Open Tender Basis. 

The last date for submitting the online bid is October 18, 2022, till 02:50 pm and the bids will be opened on October 20, 2022, till 03:10 pm.

Each interested bidder will have to pay Rs. 1770 (including 18% GST) as a cost of the tender document, which is non-refundable. The awarded bidder must pay Rs. 9.44 lakhs as an earnest money deposit.

Bidder should be in consultancy business for a minimum period of the last 10 years & should have experience in providing professional Project Management Consultancy (PMC) in design, engineering, planning, procurement, inspection, quality control assurance, construction, commissioning, and developing of industrial infrastructure projects like Thermal Power Plant, Solar Power Parks & Projects (single solar park/project), Large Petrochemical Complex, Oil refinery, Industrial Zones like Export Processing Zone (EPZ), etc. of minimum value of Rs. 400 Crs. and above in last 7 years.

The Bidder must have experience in providing professional project management consultancy services for the implementation of a single Renewable Energy Park / Project of a minimum 600 MW capacity or above (Other than Rooftop Solar) in India in the last 7 years.

Minimum average annual turnover of Rs. 141 lakhs in the preceding three financial years for Consultancy work from the date of opening of the techno-commercial bid.

The minimum average annual financial turnover of the bidder during the last three years should be Rs. 141 lakhs (ending on 31st March of the previous financial year). The net worth of all the bidders for the last three (3) financial years (FY 2020-21, 2021-22 & 2022- 23) shall be positive.
