APDCL Issues RFS for Engagement of Consultant for Wind Power Project

Assam Power Distribution Company Limited (APDCL) solicits bids for the procurement of 50 MW (AC) solar power from  grid-connected ground mounted solar PV project. The project is to established in Borsola Revenue Circle, Dhekiajuli, Sonitpur District of assam on Build-Own-Operate (BOO) mode through tariff based competitive bidding followed by e-reverse auction.

The EMD amount is INR 4.03 Cr. The document fee is INR 29.50 Thousand.

The last date of document collection is 09.03.2023. The pre-bid meeting date is 21-02-2023. The last date for submission of bids is 09-03-2023 and the opening date of bids is 10-03-2023. The last date for submission of online technical bids is 09-03-2023 at 14.00 Hrs.

The ceiling tariff is Rs 4.00 per unit.

Recently, APDCL and ONGC Tripura Power Company Limited signed an MoU to develop a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Project having a total capacity of up to 250 MW / 500 MWh in Assam. OTPC and APDCL will incorporate a Joint Venture Company for the purpose.

Last year, APDCL had also entered into an agreement with Satluj Jal Vidyut Nigam (SJVN) for the development of 1000 MW floating solar power projects in Assam.
