APDCL (Assam) Issues Tender for Procurement of 200 MW Solar Power Project under BOO

Assam Power Distribution Company Limited has issued a tender for the procurement of 200 MW solar power from grid-connected solar PV project to be developed anywhere in Assam under BOO Build-Own-Operate) mode.

The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 28.02.2023 at 14:00 Hrs. The bid submission start date is 28.02.2023 at 14:00 Hrs. The bid submission end date is 14.03.2023 at 14:00 Hrs. Bids open on 16.03.2023 at 14:00 Hrs.

Tariff-based competitive bidding process to be followed by reverse auction.

The ceiling tariff is Rs 4.00 per unit or INR 400 paise per unit.

The cost of RFS is INR 29500. The EMD amount is INR 8.06 lakh per MW.

Last month, ONGC Tripura Power Company Limited has informed that a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between OTPC and Assam Power Distribution Company Limited (APDCL) recently to develop a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Project having a total capacity of up to 250 MW / 500 MWh in Assam. OTPC and APDCL will incorporate a Joint Venture Company for the purpose.
