HLL Lifecare Bags 1 MW, Travancore Titanium Wins 2 MW ANERT Solar Tenders
The Agency for New and Renewable Energy Research and Technology (ANERT) has floated a tender for the 2 MW solar power projects at the MILMA dairy in Ernakulam, Kerala.

The last date to submit the bids is October 29, 2022, and bids will be opened on October 31, 2022.
The scope of work of this ANERT 2 MW tender includes design, engineering, site development, manufacture, inspection at supplier’s works, supply, insurance, transport, storage, erection, testing & commissioning. The scope of work also includes operation & maintenance (O&M) for 5 years after the warranty period under the CAPEX model.
The estimated total tender value is Rs. 9,50,00,000. Each interested bidder will have to pay Rs. 17,850 (including 18% GST) as a tender document fee, which is non-refundable. Each interested bidder will also have to pay Rs. 5,00,000 as an earnest money deposit (EMD). Bidders will have to submit Rs. 3% of the total contract value as performance security within 30 days of receiving a letter of award. The selected bidder will also have to submit Rs. 1 crore per MW as a bank guarantee of the quoted capacity.

The bidders must have experience in the same kind of work with ground-mounted solar power projects connected to the grid within the previous five years. The projects must comprise transmission line construction, switchyard/substation bay, design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning, operation, and maintenance of grid-connected solar power plants.
The minimum average annual financial turnover of the bidder during the last three years should be not less than 5 crores in any two years during the last five financial years from consulting. The net worth of the bidder during the last financial year should be positive.
The net worth of bidders must be at least as much as the amount computed at the rate of Rs. 1 crore per MW of the quoted capacity.
