FY25: Adani New Enterprises Profit Jumps 73%, Module Sales Up 59%

Adani Enterprises Ltd (AEL), the business arm of the Adani Group reported a 63% YoY year-on-year increase in total income to Rs. 14,236 Cr. from Rs. 8,741 Cr in the previous year. Where as, the company’s profit before tax (PBT) rose to ₹3,958 crore in FY25 for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, up from ₹1,884 crore in FY24, the company said in its earnings statement.

AEL’s operational performance was led by its solar and wind energy segments. The company shared that its annual module sales rose to 4,263 MW in FY25 from 2,679 MW in FY24, including a 24% increase in Q4 to 990 MW, up from 797 MW a year earlier. Wind turbine generator (WTG) deliveries rose to 164 MW in FY25 from 54 MW in FY24. In Q4 alone, the company delivered 60 WTG sets, up from 47 in the year-ago quarter. While it has not given a breakup of exports, one would expect that solar exports have delivered for the firm during the quarter and the year as well.

Solar Segment  

Adani New Industries Ltd (ANIL), AEL’s renewable energy arm, shared that it began expanding its solar cell and module capacity by an additional 6 GW during the quarter, with financial closure secured. Module sales rose 59% year-on-year to 4,263 MW, driven by improved realisations and operational efficiency.

The company’s wind business also completed capacity expansion to 2.25 GW (450 sets annually), with offerings including 5.2 MW, 3.3 MW, and 3.0 MW models. The WTG product line won the “ICC Green Energy Award” at the 5th Green Urja and Energy Efficiency Awards. Adani Enterprises said the performance reflects the strength of its incubation model, highlighting consistency in operational delivery and a focus on completing large infrastructure projects, capacity growth, and asset utilisation.
