“The Bidder should be a body incorporated in India under the Companies Act, 1956 or 2013 including any amendment thereto, Government owned Enterprises & Limited Liability Partnership Firms”

Amended Clause:

“The Bidder should be a body incorporated in India under the Companies Act, 1956 or 2013 including any amendment thereto, Government owned Enterprises & Limited Liability Partnership Firms & Society registered under Societies registration Act 1860”
