Technician (Compactor)

Key Responsibilities :

• Attend to the daily compactor breakdown calls on site.
• Will be rotate for Sunday & stand-by duty.
• Carry out the Schedule Servicing of SembWaste compactor on a 90 days cycle & Monthly Servicing on customer’s owned compactors.
• Provide technical support in the service & repair of compactors to all existing commercial clients & municipal contract.
• Ensure that all breakdowns & repairs are executed promptly.
• Provide on-site training & advice on the handling & operation of compactor to customer.
• Follow-up on the repair of compactor in-house for cases cannot be done on site.
• Informed customer & put up Service Report Form after completing each repairs.
• Carry out periodic spare parts stock updating in the service vehicle.

Key Requirements :
• Nitec in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• With valid Class 3 driving license.
