Job Description

The Dover HR IT team develops standard technology platforms in the areas of ADP, SailPoint, ERP, BI, Boomi and CRM that are leveraged by our HR Organization.  We provide application support to existing platforms, while working toward a future model that combines leading cloud platforms with standard business processes to provide highly capable, cost effective solutions to run core HR business operations.

The Dover HR SFDC team will take on daily operational responsibility for HR SFDC environments i.e. (Experience Cloud, Community Portal, Case management & Knowledge Management) supporting these HR process built on Experience cloud & Case Management in a more efficient manner. SFDC Support Specialist is a critical position for our team’s success. In addition to support activities, this person will be responsible for Developing, Configuring, testing, and deploying SFDC functionality at our various stages based on the HR Organizational requests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:-

  • Responsible for executing the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our Salesforce CRM Lightning platform i.e. (Experience Cloud, Community Portal, Case management & Knowledge Management)
  • Develop, configure, test and launch new Salesforce functionality and enhancements
  • Run diagnostics as required to identify and resolve system issues
  • Contribute to selection of the most appropriate techniques for the execution of detailed requirements
  • Documenting CRM- and data-related policies and procedures
  • Staying current on CRM best practices in order to optimize database infrastructure

Qualifications / Requirements/Desired Characteristics:-

  • Minimum of B.E. or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting SFDC CRM Lightning Applications I.E. (Experience Cloud, Community Portal, Case management & Knowledge Management).
  • Strong knowledge of business processes supported by CRM environments
  • Hands on experience with, as an admin and developer required
  • Strong knowledge of LWC, apex classes, triggers and visual force coding.
  • Strong knowledge of SFDC Community Portal Development & maintenance is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce data structure and automations including custom objects & relationships, workflow, process builder, and flow designer.
  • Experience with Lightning Experience is a must.
  • Experience working in a HR environment is preferred.
  • Organized self-starter who is able to prioritize tasks and deliver on multiple projects at once
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to interact with colleagues as all levels of the organization
