Regular site Supervision & solving of site problems/issues and escalating major issues to Management.
Site measurements (Civil, electrical & Mechanical works) and inspection of completed installations.
To carry out internal testing of components, sub-assemblies on DC and AC side and composite testing of the project, including commissioning of the projects.
Preparation of Schedules & Planning and monitoring progress. Coordination with Consultants & Contractors. To certify measurements of running bills of contractors and vendors.
To represent KSPL in client meetings, to Government agencies and vendors and other agencies.
To conduct review meetings to monitor site progress and report the same to top management.
Ensure maintenance of all necessary records & documents for the project such as drawing registers, drawing files as well as site filing system.
To monitor team members activities and provide support & motivation.
