JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Experience with test and analysis (troubleshooting) of electronics devices.
• Proven experience assembling and disassembling power electronics hardware to applicable standards.
• Understanding the concept of reverse engineering.
• Ability to do Soldering and desoldering along with mounting manually.
• Skill to conceptualize and communicate major elements of electrical design, engineering, and/or maintenance.
• Ability to read and understand schematics, wiring diagrams, layouts, and other related specifications.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting (electronic design) skills.
• Excellent ESD prevention knowledge and practices.
• Communicates well within small and large teams.
• Ability to work independently and as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
• Testing equipment usage and new product development experience.
• Innovative set of mindset with affinity towards constant upgradation and R&D.
• (Must have ability and knowledge to recognize to work with electronics components like resister, capacitor, IC, MOSFET, Microcontroller etc.)
Qualifications Required :
• More than one year of solar motor pump drive experience required.
• ITI – in Electrical / Electronics (or) Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the renewable energy industry with focus on solar systems including a familiarity with federal and local energy regulations and performance standards.
