Regulatory Affairs Expert (Renewables)(m/f/d)

Requirements:

• Detailed understanding of Power Sector Policies/ Regulations /Orders issued by CERC/ SERCs/ CEA / MOP/ MNRE/ CTU etc.
• Have worked in power sector for at least 5 years and renewables for at least 3 years with thorough understanding of Open Access
• Expertise in understanding of various regulatory orders, policies which impacts development and cost open access applicable to Open Access projects based on solar, wind etc.
• Experience and expertise in Regulatory Matters including Petition drafting & filing, Hearing & representations, Tariff Calculation, PPA vetting, Statutory clearances & compliance; Strategic Planning & Management; Liaison & Coordination; External Correspondences & Representation with Project stake Holders & Govt. Bodies
• Excellent drafting & analytical skills with hands on Correspondences, Document control, Networking, Relationship management and possess great Problem-Solving skills

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree from Institute of repute

Experience:

• Min 5 and Max 10 years of relevant industry experience
