Program Manager

Looking for a  who:

• Has proven experience in program management, project management and stakeholder management
• Can work with cross functional teams across the globe
• Need to monitor and manage efficient delivery of interconnected projects
• Will work with Cybersecurity related global teams and ensure the objectives of the program/projects are met
• Will work with various teams including Cloud, Connectivity, Endpoint, Infrastructure, Digital Security etc.
• Has excellent communication, problem solving and conflict management skills

Role / Responsibilities / Key objectives:

• Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
• Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.
• Creating and managing longterm goals.
• Developing a budget and operating plan for the program.
• Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
• Writing program funding proposals to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services.
• Managing the program team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
• Ensuring objectives are met.
• Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure Program and project goals/ objectives are achieved.
• Align with the SE and departmental PMO processes and governance.
• Assist in compiling departmental metrics and reports.
• Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding program issues and decisions.
• Maintain strong relationships with the Business and key stakeholders.
• Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
• Analysing program risks.
• Working on program strategy with the Global strategy team.
• Skilfully balance the resources, priorities and activities of the program team.

Qualifications:

• MBA
• Project Management certifications
