Operator Technology Support

Essential Functions:

Responsible for remote monitoring and control of the global fleet of Fuel Cell Plants from the Remote Monitoring and Command Center in India

Essential Functions:

• Remote Monitoring and Control of the Fuel Cell Plants
• Work in 8-hour shifts - either during the day or night
• Communicate & Support Field Service Engineers during commissioning, troubleshooting etc and Product Quality testing team
• Escalate failures per established procedure
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills Required:

• Good at graduation subject fundamentals
• Experience in basic Software such as Windows OS, MS-Office (MS-Excel/MS-Word)
• Good communication skills (written & verbal)

Additional Skills / Knowledge Preferred:

• Knowledge of DCS / SCADA environment is preferred in case of experienced candidate

Education:

• BSc/MSc Chemistry/Physics

Experience: 

• 0 - 2 years related experience in the above mentioned field
