Due diligence: Perform Multi make OMS fleet technical due diligence, prepare reports & presentation to steering committee.

Perform Multi make OMS fleet Handing over & Taking Over, prepare reports & submission to customers.

Planning : Availability of required materials, Tools & tackles at Multi Make OMS sites before starting OMS operations.

Documentation : Prepare , validate, approve , release & make available of all required SOP's , Work instructions, PM & BD Check lists & other OMS operations related documents.

SCADA : Fully support in SCADA developments, Technical discussions with Vendors, Take proto trials at sites & make available SCADA solutions to OMS Sites.

RCA : Perform Root cause analysis (RCA) on repetitive technical problems of MMOMS WTGs , provide solutions to sites.
