Job Description

HR programme manager will ensure that human resources programs support long-term goals of an HR team as per directives of Head – HR. Incumbent in this position will oversee a variety of administrative programs and functions, and often will navigate the area of employee development. The position can be demanding and requires juggling between many projects with the needs of many sub-functions of human resources. The incumbent should be self-motivated individual as he has to frequently deal with developing new HR programs and initiatives, including seminars, reviews, provide inputs during quarterly performance discussions and constantly monitor all initiatives rolled out by Head – HR of the business.

Strategic Roles & Responsibilities : 

  • To conceptualize, initiate & roll-out various HR initiatives under guidance of COE Head – HR for APSEZ biz
  • To be a strategic link in connecting Site HR with Head – HR for ensuring percolation of the intent & vision of Head – HR, APSEZ.
  • To keep abreast of latest HR practices & future trends across various sectors globally and provide strategic inputs backed by facts to Head – HR
  • To develop content & success stories for Head – HR to represent brand Adani in

    various HR Conclaves & similar platforms at national/international levels

  • To plan, coordinate, organize and record quarterly HR priorities and monitor periodic progress.

Operational Responsibilities :

  • To develop tracking mechanisms for various HR initiatives rolled out for effective delivery & achieving results par excellence.
  • To act as an advocate in HR Capability building for APSEZ HR professionals.
  • To prepare business HR dashboards for various reviews and presentations.
