Job Description

Qualifications and Experience:

  • BE/ BTech in EE/EC/Mech. MBA in Marketing preferred

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Meeting customers and building relationships to enhance sales.
  • Work closely with dealers and distributors
  • Building market network (regional) with customers and other stakeholders
  • Should focus on value-based selling
  • Preparing offers, regular follow up with customers
  • Co-ordinating with the manufacturing plant for stock status, documentation, etc.
  • Market intelligence report updates
  • Creating informative presentations; Presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences
  • Preparation and updating of M.I.S. (Lead generation, Customer evaluation, Offer/Order status, Order conversion efficiency)
  • Tracking the sales funnel

JOB SKILLS:

  • Proven track record in Identification and recruitment of Channel Partners
  • Coordinate with partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals
  • Improve system and processes to enhance dealers/distributors sales through the existing sales team
