Taking Care of Learning and Development of the State
- Create and execute learning strategies and programs.
- Working closely with various Funtional Heads across the organisation and having a full understanding of their units and training requirements of their teams.
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs.
- Preparation of Training Calendar.
- Preparation of Annual Budget for L&D.
- Co-ordinate with Corporate HR & GLD for finalization of L&D Calendar and Budget.
- Create training programmes that are aligned with the organisation?s objectives and having a strong understanding of what these are.
- Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings.
- Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training, workshops and other trainings).
- Building relationships with 3rd party training providers.
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
- Training evalution by kirk patrick, measure effectiveness of Trainings.
- Help managers develop their team members through career pathing.
- Track budgets and negotiate contracts.
- Adhere for completion of trainings as per plan and timley Training MIS to HOD.
Qualifications :
B.E. / B.Tech / MBA in HRM / MHRM and Certified as a Trainer from reputed Instt.
