Fluent with design software packages such as CAD, SketchUp, V-ray, Lumion, 3Ds Max, etc. with a strong interest in interior design and excellent presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate photo-realistic 3D images for interiors and architecture façade / landscapes using V-Ray / Lumion / 3Ds Max, etc.
2. Strong interest in sustainability and green building certification systems.
3. Ability to lead a team on site for execution of interior design / architecture projects (as required).

Skills & Experience:

• Student currently pursuing B.Arch with excellent academic credentials.
• Familiarity with IGBC / GRIHA / LEED green building rating systems
• In-depth knowledge of working drawings and interior design details.
• Working knowledge of best practices and latest research for high-performance building and design
• Generating content for social media marketing, including writing blogs, generating images and sketches.
