Job Description

The Company operates in various business segments through Strategic Business Units [SBUs] and Joint Venture Companies [JVCs]. It is the market leader in Industrial Greases & Specialty Lubricants, Steel Barrel, Corporate Travel and Logistics Services. The Company also has significant presence in most of the other businesses it operates in, namely, Refinery & Oil Field Services [ROFS], Chemicals, Logistics Infrastructure, etc.

Current Openings:

The company is looking for qualified and experienced professionals to man a key Executive role as per details given below:

Maximum Age:

  • 27 years as on 21.05.2021

Qualification:

  • 2 years full time regular Degree / Diploma## in Management / MBA with a specialization in HR And / Or MSW

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year as on 21.05.2021
  • Candidates with having specific experience in handling L&D, OD shall be preferred

Indicative Job Description:

The incumbent will be responsible for –

  1. Assist the businesses in implementation of their Talent Management plan
  2. Drive employee engagement initiatives to have an engaged, competent workforce and enable the working environment that drives high performance.
  3. Coordinate with stake holders and implement end-to-end learning and development interventions and customized capability development programs across the Company.
  4. Actively get involved in design and development of procedure manuals, guides, and course materials
  5. Managing the e-learning initiatives of the Company, including promoting, handling queries and assist in development and implementation of requisite platforms
  6. Work closely on reward, recognition and other similar benefits strategies of the Company to support adoption of best practices.
  7. Assist in the talent management and performance development initiatives and requirements of the business and interface with SBUs for the same.
  8. Ensure standardization in talent development initiatives within and across the BUs and facilitate in implementing best practices
  9. To actively participate in digitization & harmonization of various HR processes. Support in e-enablement of the HR systems as assigned
  10. Act as an internal consultant to businesses with need-based solutions on employee matters.
  11. Partnering with business for implementation of HR processes, practices and systems

Preferred Skills/Abilities:

  1. Strong presentation and communication skills.
  2. Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
  3. Exposure in identifying quality training service providers and also develop basic L&D designs
  4. Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP platform should be proficient with Microsoft Office, Google sheets, docs and files
