Deputy Manager – Operations & Maintenance

Job Objective:

• To lead O&M of Transmission Line for smooth, safe and cost effective Operations & Maintenance of Company assets
• ROW solving
• Interaction with Government Authorities.
• Required understanding of Power System & Electricity Rules

Roles and Responsibilities:

• To review and apply the plan for maintenance given for the respective site.
• To ensure transmission O&M as per standards and procedures. Ensure the longevity of asset up to its life cycle.
• To analyze missing/ theft tower members and plan for prevention and rectification
• Continuous evaluation of each tripping, its root cause analysis and preventive measures. Also learning of other sections to be applied in his section.
• To ensure that the availability of the system is as per given guidelines/ budget.
• Processing of Bills related to site progress timely and accurately
• Ensure safety of people and asset. Conducting safety and quality programs at site level for development of their team at regular intervals.
• Updating in LAM – SAP activity
• Preparing annual outage plan. Utilizing opportunity shut down plan. Ensure timely completion of planned & forced outage.
• Preparing and monitoring of annual budget of section.
• Preparing task list and ensure material requirement for maintenance of line.
• Coordination with other department.
• Coordination with other stack holder/ organization.

People Management:

• Working with team.
• Handling interpersonal conflicts, promote collaboration and respect among team.
• Smooth communication with sites.
• Training needs identification of employees under him for team growth.

Qualifications:

• BE / B. Tech – Electrical

Experiences:

• 4-8 Years
