Compactor Maintenance Executive

Incumbent will be responsible for:

• Responsible for the smooth operations of the department.
• Ensure the availability of equipment’s (Dust-drum & compactor) for deployment.
• Ensure that productivity of CM personnel are maximize.
• Ensure that a high standard of service are provided within the budgeted amount with satisfaction from customers.
• Ensuring the parts requirement & serviceability before approving/issuance of spare parts.
• Control spare parts usage & out sourcing of repairs jobs to contractors.
• Source for quotes, selection & submission for requisition.
• Liaise on repairs/modification & new project, spare parts requirement & specification.
• Provide technical back-up for new sites, assessment & contracts.
• Attend to site meeting with customers pertaining compactor issues & check bin centre requirement for new site.
• Prepare & submit compactor’s monthly report.
• Put up accident, Incident & Occurrence reports when necessary.
• Update the CRM & In-house repair job.
• Prepare presentation slides & write-up on new equipment.
• Responsible for the enforcement of HSE within the Compactor maintenance department & ensure that SOP are being compiled with all repair works.
• Training to be a Singapore Accreditation Council (SAC) inspector to certify equipment and coordinate with vendors for repairs.
• Attend breakdown service.

Requirement :

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical or any relevant Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Familiar with Dust-drum / Compactor repair.
• LEW holder will be advantageous.
• Possess valid Class 3 and above driving license.
• Proficient in MS office application.
• 5.5days work week.
