BIM Coordinator

Role Responsibilities:

• Support project teams in the use of BIM authoring tools.
• Producing project Autodesk Revit and Civil 3D content.
• Development and maintenance of BIM project documentation e.g. BEP, MIDP & TIPD.
• Implementing and maintaining the project Common Data Environment (CDE).
• Monitoring project compliance to agreed workflows.
• Federate models and perform clash detection reporting.
• Coordinate and delegate project tasks amongst team members.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Strong 3D modelling skills (especially Autodesk Revit Structures/Civil 3D).
• Strong interest in 3D design, modelling and creating immersive models.
• Enthusiasm to learn new skills and embrace new technologies and software.
• Have an eye for detail and ability to work effectively under pressure and to deadlines.
• Able to work on your own initiative, whilst displaying a commitment to contribute to, and learn from, the wider team.

Candidate Specification : 
Ideal but not essential, you may have:

• Experience of civil engineering design.
• Supplementary experience in Navisworks, Bentley ProjectWise, Autodesk BIM360.
• Familiarity with working to industry modelling standards.
• Knowledge of ISO19650 / BS1192 / PAS1192-2.
• EngTech TMICE or similar.
