• Top 6 Audit firm experience of atleast 3 years, Proficient in IFRS
• Worked in Listed companies, Merger & Acquisition experience
• Total work experience of 10-15 years, Consolidation experience with overseas subsidiaries
• Excellent in documentation and communication
