Assistant Manager - Solar Operations & Maintenance

• Analyze daily MIS of the portfolio’s assigned
• Preparation of daily MIS report for entire solar portfolio
• Ability to effectively correlate and clearly communicate to site fleet for necessary data on a daily basis
• Follow direction and collaborate with team members to provide time sensitive communications and data to internal customers  Document and standardize data and metrics generation/verification procedures and processes
• Monitoring of KPI’s Plant availability, Grid availability, PR%, CUF, Irradiation, Module Cleaning, Breakdowns if any, Grass Cutting, Table Tilting of the respective portfolio to be monitored if any deviation observed from the budget figures raises the flag to ENOC head
• Raising day to day operational tickets using ENOC monitoring platform to assigned portfolio
• Compiling of the deviations observed in daily activity and send a report to Analytics Team & RONC head for review meeting with respective cluster heads.
