Job Description

The incumbent will deliver high quality recruitment consulting services across Corporate and Market(s) in Singapore. Engage with Key stake holders to deliver a comprehensive and value added service. This position shall report to the Senior VP, HR & OD

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Recruitment & Selection
• Support end-to-end recruitment services that encompassing sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer management.
• Understand Business strategies and develop recruitment solutions that will meet present and future needs.
• Maintain and ensure compliance with local recruitment policies and processes.
• Candidate Management : Provide a great candidate experience ensuring that they are informed of next steps and they get timely feedback.
• Offer Management : Responsible to prepare, present, and negotiate offers.
• Collaborate with Government Agencies to drive career / recruitment drives and other career support programs.
Partnering with Stakeholders :
• Partner with Management, Hiring teams and HR teams to deliver value added services.
• Establish and maintain solid business partnership with hiring teams to stay abreast of current and future hiring needs.
• Ability to work on multiple complex assignments at any one time.

Process & Reporting :
• Management reporting by BU (weekly, Quarterly) via excel.
• Responsible for Process Optimization (new/existing) & implementation.
• Vendor Management.

Key Challenges :
• This position requires a high level of energy and flexibility and demands sufficient knowledge to resolve human resources related questions.
• Complexity of the business and deliverables.

Qualifications & Experience Required :
• Bachelor degree in HR / Business or related subjects, with minimum 6 years’ experience in recruitments.
• Strong recruitment background with in-house experience.
• Proven experience in recruiting for Energy and Corporate functions.
• Ability to manage a complex stakeholders.
• Ability to multitask to support various business.
• Ability to challenge assumptions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
