Assistant Manager - Program Management

The Assistant Manager - Program will be based in Chennai Industrial Park.

Here is a glimpse of what you will do:

• Customer Management
• Responsible for listening to, understanding, and interpreting two-way spoken communication between Korean and English in confidential business settings.
• Perform simultaneous and consecutive interpretation of Korean and English for video conferences, phone conversations, and in-person meetings.
• Written translation of a variety of documents including emails, proposals, social media content, media monitoring reports, analytics reports, development plans, and marketing/PR materials.
• Consult with subject matter experts and other colleagues in order to understand specialized concepts and translate them appropriately.
• Assimilate speakers’ words quickly, including technical jargon and acronyms.

Here is some of what you will need (required):

• Native level proficiency in both Korean and English.
• Be versatile and able to switch interpreting directions based on spoken content.
• Excellent memory and attention to detail.
