Architect Visualizer

Dynamic individual capable of handling architectural visualizations, graphic design and CAD drawings in the company. Strong sense of space design, including but not limited to: generating 3D views on SketchUp and V-Ray, Affinity Designer (similar to Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator), CAD drawings and presentations for interior design and architecture.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

• Generate photo-realistic images for interior design and architecture projects using paid and open source software like SketchUp, V-Ray, Blender, Bforartists
• Render architecture floor plans, site plans and other drawings for presentation using paid and open source graphic design software such as Affinity Designer, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Prepare drawings for architecture and interior design using CAD software for site execution, detailed design, documentation and presentations as required.
• Prepare high quality designs and drawings for interior design through conceptual sketches, CAD drawings, mood board presentations and other creative media.
• Generate graphics, images and data presentations including infographics for online content such as blog posts and various social media channels

Education & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Architecture, Interior Design or similar
• Minimum 1-2 years working experience on interior design and architecture projects
• Expert user of SketchUp, V-Ray, Blender, Bforartists, Affinity Designer, Adobe Photoshop /Illustrator, AutoCAD /other drafting and designing software
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
