Chennai-based Evolve Energy Group, a leading backward integrated solar energy solutions provider,  has announced the launch of its Experience Centres/Franchise outlets across South India. Starting with Salem, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Tirunelveli, Nellore, Kovilpatti, Mayiladuthurai, and Coimbatore, these centres will serve as customer-facing hubs for renewable energy adoption. The firm hopes to serve both customers and develop solar entrepreneurs that will partner it on its growth with the move.

The Experience Centres are designed to give customers first-hand exposure to solar solutions through live product demonstrations, real-time data displays, and expert consultations. They will also double up as sales touchpoints and awareness hubs, making clean energy more accessible, reliable, and future-ready for local communities. Evolve has a stronger presence in South India so far, explaining the decision to start there.

Speaking about the initiative Karan Singh, CEO Asset Development at Evolve Energy Group, said“Through these Experience Centres, we are not just expanding our business footprint but also creating awareness and trust in solar energy. This initiative empowers both customers and entrepreneurs to actively participate in India’s clean energy journey.” The PM Suryaghar Yojana has gone some way in increasing bith awaareness and uptake of solar, with the 1 million mark expected to be hit in a month or two for solar connections under the scheme.

The company plans to establish 20+ Franchises in the first year and the franchise model is projected to contribute nearly 20% of Evolve’s overall sales in the coming months, underscoring its strategic importance to the company’s growth plans. To support this rollout, Evolve Energy Group is committing an initial investment of ₹1 million (₹10 lakhs) towards building the first set of Experience Centres, developing training modules, and setting up localised marketing initiatives.
