Yulu E-mobility Gurugram

Yulu, one of India’s leading e-mobility service providers has announced a partnership with the Vatika Group – a Gurugram-based leading real estate developer. Under the new partnership, Yulu services will be available within the Vatika’s mega residential and integrated townships in Gurugram. The partnership aims to redefine urban living and provide a safe mobility option to the residents in the current challenging situation.

Vatika’s integrated townships are designed to accommodate commercial spaces that offer rich and modern amenities for an urban lifestyle. In the first phase 200 electric two-wheelers – Yulu Miracle’s have been deployed in the township and the company plans to double its fleet size in the city by early 2021.

Gaurav Bhalla, Managing Director, Vatika Group said, “We see a huge potential for e-Bikes at Vatika India Next Township, as a last-mile connectivity solution for our residents. We shall soon have them at all our commercial buildings across Gurgaon. My interest is piqued by the smooth integration of  Enviro – Integrated Facilities Management with the E-Bikes. Both of them work towards making Residents’ lives better.”

The Yulu Miracle is a unique battery operated, lightweight, easy to ride, small two-wheeler requiring no vehicle registration or driving license.

Amit Gupta, Co-Founder – Yulu & Green Entrepreneur, said “we are happy to open our second chapter in the national capital with the Vatika Group. Gurugram hosts some of India’s biggest companies and is known for its impressive infrastructure with integrated townships created by well-known real estate developers like Vatika Group. Due to the pandemic, traveling for work and leisure has changed. We are proud to collaborate for a common vision of better first and last-mile connectivity, and improving air quality. Citizens’ safety is our topmost priority and we are privileged to be able to serve citizens in Gurugram during the ongoing corona crisis.”

According to the e-mobility startup, the partnership also aims to serve citizens of Gurugram during the ongoing corona crisis by offering a safe commute option in the absence of any other mode of public transport. The firms’ vehicles are sanitised several times in a day through a WHO-recommended sanitizer and the last sanitised timestamp is shown to the users on the Yulu app. Further, the company has installed Yulu-MAX, the in-house-designed battery-charging station across Vatika Townships, to offer users a seamless experience.

Yulu services will be further extended to all the commercial buildings across Gurugram.
