WattPower Reports 100% Growth In Revenue On YoY

Renewable energy company WattPower reported a 100 percent year-on-year growth in revenue between 2023 and 2024.

The strong growth consolidates WattPower’s position as a key player in India’s Smart PV solutions sector, with expertise in solar inverter manufacturing and hybrid energy systems, the company said.

Major green clients 

The company counts major Indian clean energy developers such as Adani Green Energy, Avaada Energy, Greenko, and MEIL among its clients, helping it expand across utility-scale projects nationwide.

WattPower said its stakeholder base grew by more than 40 percent during the period, as it powered multiple large-scale solar installations across India’s rapidly growing renewable energy sector.

As part of its expansion plans, the company aims to strengthen its technical and service teams, targeting a 24-hour turnaround for service requests across the country. It also plans to increase its workforce by 30 percent across departments.

Rapid pace in RE 

“With India’s solar energy sector growing at a rapid pace, we see a strong opportunity to scale further and hit new milestones,” said Divya Prakash Choraria, Co-founder and CEO of WattPower. “Our partnerships with leading players reflect the confidence the industry places in us.”

WattPower said it delivers over 500 clean energy projects annually, with more than 100 additional projects in various stages of development. The company said it remains committed to sustainability and social responsibility, while continuing to invest in innovation, strategic alliances, and community engagement.
