Vivint Solar Wins Four 2018 Stevie Awards for Customer Service

The Vivint Solar Customer Service and Executive Resolution teams serve more than 100,000 customers in 21 states.

Vivint Solar, a leading full-service residential solar provider, won four awards at the 12th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service.

The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world's top honors for customer service, contact center, business development and sales professionals. More than 2,500 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were evaluated in this year's competition.

Vivint Solar earned awards in three customer service categories:

• Young Customer Service Professional of the Year – All Other Industries, Cory Bobrowski (Silver)
• Back-Office Customer Service Professional of the Year – All Other Industries, Charles Machinski and Anna Hales (Bronze)
• Customer Service Complaints Team of the Year – All Other Industries, Executive Resolutions Team (Bronze)

The Vivint Solar Customer Service and Executive Resolution teams serve more than 100,000 customers in 21 states. These teams provide knowledgeable customer care to help ensure Vivint Solar's fleet of solar energy systems perform optimally and power customers' homes with clean, renewable energy.

The awards were presented to honorees during a gala banquet at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.
