UPNEDA Awards PVV Infra 209 MW for Two Solar Projects in UP
Andhra Pradesh-based PVV Infra's Board of Directors has approved the execution of a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) between its subsidiary PVV EVTech and the Uttar Pradesh New and Renewable Energy Development Agency (UPNEDA). In a regulatory filing, the company said it secured the order to develop two solar projects.
Announcing this decision made at its meeting held on October 3, 2025, the company said it would develop a 100 MW solar power project across various locations in the Uttar Pradesh districts of Baghpat and Moradabad. Additionally, PVV Housing Private Limited, another subsidiary of PVV Infra, has finalized and executed a 109 MW solar EPC project in the same districts of Uttar Pradesh.
It explained that the project will be undertaken as a joint venture with Mumbai-based NACOF Oorja Private Limited, with an estimated project cost of approximately ₹384 cr and expected annual revenue of around ₹53 cr for 25 years.

- 109 MW Solar EPC Contract in Uttar Pradesh
PVV Infra's another subsidiary, PVV Housing Private, finalized and is executing a 109 MW solar EPC project in the Baghpat and Moradabad districts of Uttar Pradesh. This project is being undertaken in collaboration with NACOF Oorja Private Limited, with an estimated value of approximately ₹415 crore. - Strategic Expansion via SPV Model
The Board of Directors has approved the decision to expand the company’s presence in the renewable energy sector through Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs). - This model, executed via subsidiary companies, enables focused execution of projects by geography and business verticals (power development and EPC), while improving operational efficiency and mitigating risks.
These initiatives align with the company’s long-term strategy to scale its presence in the clean energy sector by leveraging both development and EPC capabilities.
PVV Infra Takes Projects Outside Andhra Pradesh
Moving beyond its home state of Andhra Pradesh, PVV Infra has previously developed a project in Maharashtra by entering into a Letter of Intent (LoI) with Aqua Dynamics Green Energy for a 9 MW solar project. The company secured this project from the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL).
