TSREDCO Releases Tender For 1MW Solar Project Under PM-KUSUM

Telangana State Renewable Energy Development Corporation Limited department (TSREDCO) released a tender for DSIC of a 1,000 kW capacity on-grid ground-mounted SPV power plant under the PMKUSUM scheme. It has 10 Years of CMC at 2 substations under the TSNPDCL area.

The TREDCO released a tender for DSIC of 1,000 kW (1 megawatt (MW) capacity on-grid ground-mounted SPV power plant under the PM-KUSUM scheme. The project is for the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of a 1,000 kW capacity on-grid ground-mounted SPV power plant with Mono perc solar modules. This project is under PM-KUMSUM with a 10-year comprehensive maintenance contract at two locations of TSNPDCL jurisdiction. The period of completion/ delivery of the project is four months. 

The estimated contract value is nil. The evaluation type price bid EPC evaluation criteria is based on the price form of contract EPC consortium/Joint Venture is not applicable. The pre-bid meeting offline meeting date and time is 6th March 2024 at 11:00 AM. The bid submission start date and time is 7th March at 11 AM. The bid submission closing date and time is 12th March 2024 at 05:00 PM and the bid validity period is 90 days.   

The tender reads, “The bid security is Rs.9,00,000. The tender document fee is Rs.59,000/- to be paid online and the acknowledgment of the same is to be uploaded.  The technical experience of at least a minimum 800KW single capacity in the field of grid-connected solar PV systems under net metering scheme/sale to DISCOMs/Captive Mode in any one (1) FY during the last 6 Years (i.e. FY 2017-18, 2018-19, 2019-20, 2020- 21, 2021-22 and 2022-23). Additionally, it mentioned, that if a successful bidder is not a TSREDCO registered vendor, the bidder has to get registered with TSREDCO before issuing. 

The document also mentioned, “The firms having the Turnover not less than Rs. 4.5 Crores, in any one of the financial years during the last five financial years for which the firm should obtain a Turnover Certificate containing the previous Five Financial years’ turnover duly certified by Chartered Accountant (CA) along with UDIN.”
