Tender Issued for 100 kWp Rooftop Solar Plant in Haryana

APCPL has issued a tender for setting up of 100 kWp rooftop solar plant at the Bal Bharati Public School at APCPL Jhajjar in the IGSTPP township in Haryana.

The Aravali Power Company (APCPL) has issued a tender, inviting bids from eligible bidders for setting up of 100 kWp rooftop solar plant at the Bal Bharati Public School at APCPL Jhajjar in the IGSTPP township in Haryana.

The BBPS building has been identified by APCPL for installation of the rooftop solar PV project and the bidder shall consider utilising all the rooftops for installing the solar PV project. The estimated capacity available on the rooftop is approximately a hundred kilowatts. The final plant capacity shall be exported to look through the engineering design of the building.

As per the tender documents, if there is an increase in actual capacity up to 1 percent of the estimated capacity during detailed engineering, the British Alex if you want additional capacity at no extra cost. However, that will capacity is less than estimated capacity or more than 1 percent of the estimated capacity, the variation below the estimated capacity or beyond 1% of the estimated capacity shall be adjusted on the basis of unit rate declared by the better during the tendering in the appropriate schedule.

The scope of work for the selected bidders will include the determination of optimal group connected to power plant capacity on the BBPS building. They will also be responsible for the complete design, engineering, manufacturing, inspection, supply, transportation, storage, insurance, civil work, erection, testing, commissioning, and operation and maintenance of the grid-connected rooftop solar plant.

The project developers Will be required to provide the operation and maintenance services for a period of two years from the date of commissioning of the project.

The last date for bid submission is June 26, 2020, and the techno-commercial bids will be opened on June 30, 2020. All bidders are required to submit an Earnest Money Deposit of Rs 50 thousand along with their bids.

Recently, we had reported that the state nodal agency Chhattisgarh State Renewable Energy Development Agency (CREDA) has revised the schedule for its 20 MWp tender for grid-connected rooftop solar photovoltaic (PV) systems under the RESCO model. The move came in the wake of novel coronavirus (Covid-19) restrictions and precautionary measures and requests from bidders.

As per the revised schedule, interested bidders can submit the technical bids starting from July 06, 2020, at 11:00 a.m. till 3:00 p.m. at CREDA head office Raipur. Then, the bids submitted will be opened on the same day between 3:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.
