The company said in a statement that the turnkey station SG6250HV-MV for 1500Vdc system integrated 2 units of outdoor central inverter SG3125HV-30 with medium-voltage transformer and other components in a 40-ft container, which minimizes the cost of transportation and installation.

The inverter manufacturer claimed that the maximum inverter efficiency has reached 99 per cent, and as a brand-new outdoor central inverter, it is strategically designed with DC/AC ratio up to 1.8, enabling cost-saving on Balance of System (BoS) at USD 2 million for a 100MWp project.

Besides, this new outdoor solution is resilient in harsh conditions as it is having an optimal protection level of IP65 and anti-corrosion capacity of C5. Even it can operate without derating during the temperature of up to 50 degrees Celsius, making solar projects more productive and cost-effective.

Moreover, the company, which installed its inverters over 100 GW globally, also highlighted that this solution is compatible with DC-coupling energy storage system, enabling 60 per cent of the rated power charge from the grid.

Thus, complying with most demanding international grid codes, the solution contributes towards the quality and stability of the electric system.

For ground-mounted utility-scale projects, Sungrow displayed its new 1500Vdc string inverter SG125HX with 6 MPPTs. It is also compatible with high wattage bifacial module surpassing 500Wp, and deliver high productivity.

Furthermore, the company’s commercial product portfolio includes – SG50CX, SG110CX for 1000Vdc system, with multiple MPPTs which allows an optimal efficiency even in the shade and high protection level IP66 and C5, durable to harsh conditions.

Additionally, the company also offered a wide range of storage solutions including Sungrow ESS which has been installed in more than 900 major projects worldwide.

Speaking on the occasion, Jack Gu, Senior Vice President of Sungrow, said that “we would like to drive the adoption of more solar and energy storage to meet a growing appetite for clean, renewable energy. Looking forward to connecting with more stakeholders for sustainable development of the society despite the changing situation.”

Recently, the company said that due to the changing market conditions it would bring an extraordinary smart energy virtual show for its customers between June 15 and June 19, 2020.
