Su-vastika Secures Investment from Rotomag to Expand ESS

 Su-vastika Systems Pvt. Ltd., an Indian energy technology company focused on power backup and energy storage solutions, has secured a strategic investment from Rotomag Enertec Ltd., a manufacturer of industrial products including motors, gearboxes, EV drive trains, and solar-powered pumping systems. The investment supports Su-vastika’s plan to expand its energy storage and power management technologies in India and international markets.

Su-vastika was founded by Kunwer Sachdev, former founder of Su-kam Power Systems, and Khushboo Sachdev. The company specializes in lithium-based battery energy storage systems (BESS), AI-driven power management, and solar hybrid solutions. It has installed BESS systems up to 200 kVA with integrated IoT-based monitoring, positioning it among the few Indian companies to offer scalable, locally developed solutions.

Rotomag’s investment brings manufacturing scale and industry experience. Led by Umesh Balani, Rotomag has built a global footprint in energy-efficient drive systems and solar pump solutions, exporting to over 40 countries.
