Further, this project is taken up under PPA model, wherein entire investment is done by Greenrays Enersol and power is consumed captively by the society for common loads through a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) between both the entities.

Taking another positive step towards going green, Sobha Carnation CHS, a reputed premier society in Kondhwa, Pune has inaugurated a 69kWp rooftop Solar PV plant in partnership with Greenrays Enersol.

Further, this project is taken up under PPA model, wherein entire investment is done by Greenrays Enersol and power is consumed captively by the society for common loads through a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) between both the entities.

Also, the net-metering sanction from MSEDCL is received for the Solar plant, which makes sure full benefit of solar generation is passed onto the society.

With completion of this project, Sobha Carnation society saves more than 50 percent of energy bills of common loads, month on month.

Besides, Greenrays brings in quality project designing & execution skills along with centralized system maintenance under PPA terms for the next 15 years to make sure Society gets maximum solar generation benefits.

Commenting on the development, Greenrays Enersol, CEO, Sitapathy Chavali said that company is presently executing more than 2 MW of roof top projects in Mumbai & other cities in Maharashtra and also closing on few opportunities in other states.

He further added that, with over 50 rooftop projects of cumulative 5MW capacity completed in last 2 years in both On-grid and Off-grid space, Greenrays has established itself as one of the key EPC players in Mumbai & MH market, having proven track record of end to end project execution from design stage to handover to customers.

Greenrays also manages all its Projects through a centralized monitoring facility at Mumbai and provides best in class O&M services post project completion and handover, he said.
