SJVN Invites Bids For 1960 MW Solar Power Project Across India

SGEL Gets LoI From GUVNL For 500 MW GIPCL Solar Park At Khavda

SJVN Green Energy Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of SJVN Limited) invited online bids to manufacture and supply of solar PV modules of total 1960 MWp capacity across the country.

SJVN released the tender for eligible bidders inviting bids for single stage two envelope (Techno-commercial Bid and Price Bid) to manufacture and supply solar PV modules of total 1960 MWp capacity. This solar power projects are to be installed at various states of India in accordance as per the terms and conditions stipulated in the tender.

The bid stated, “The solar PV modules with the maximum capacity allocated to the individual bidder shall not exceed 700 MWp. The detailed evaluation criteria and award procedure is defined in Instructions to Bidders part of Bid Document.”

The tender mentioned, “The delivery period of solar PV modules for each project is 180 days from the date of issuance of letter of award (LoA).”

It added, “The cost of bid document (non-refundable) is Rs. 5900.00. Bidders can pay for the cost of documents in the form of electronic transfer/ NEFT Payments in the following account details of SGEL. The bidder is required to forward the electronic fund transfer receipt and following details in the prescribed format below from their registered E-mail ID to SJVN Green Energy Limited (SGEL) Email [email protected] requesting for access for download of the bidding documents in working day (before the last date of downloading of bid documents).”

It elaborated, “The bid documents are available for downloading from 15th February 2024 at 18:00 Hrs. to 04th March 2024 till 12:00 Hrs. The 21st of February 2024 at 11:00 hrs. The venue of pre-bid meeting is at corporate headquarters Shimla through video Conferencing (VC). The VC link is to be provided separately.

It added, “The last date and time of submission of TechnoCommercial bid is Date 05.03.2024 andTime: 13:00 Hrs. The Date and time of opening of Techno-commercial Bid is Date 05.03.2024 and Time :14:00 Hrs. The Last date of submission of documents in hard copy is Date 11.03.2024 and Time :18:00 Hrs.”

It mentioned, “The date and time of opening of price bid is to be notified to techno commercially qualified bidders later. Address for submission of sealed hard copy of techno-commercial bid and opening of Bids is Dy. General Manager (Contracts Deptt.), SGEL, Corporate Headquarter, Shakti Sadan, Shanan, P.O. Malyana, Shimla 171006 (H.P.)”

TECHNICAL CRITERIA

The set qualification described by the tender to apply for the online bid are, “The Bidder should have manufactured and supplied Solar Photo Voltaic (SPV) Modules of cumulative capacity of 30 MWp or above in the last seven (07) years ending last day of the month previous to the one in which NIT is issued, and out of which at least one such Supply Order should be of 10 MWp or above capacity.”

FINANCIAL CRITERIA

The Annual Average Turnover for the last three financial years INR 30 Lakh per MWp for total quoted capacity or equivalent value in foreign currency.
