SJVN Invites Bids For 1200 MW Solar Power Projects Across India

Hydro, and now, all renewable focused PSU SJVN Limited has invited proposals for selection of solar power developers. The company released a tender for setting up of 1200 MW ISTS-connected solar power projects anywhere in India under tariff-based competitive bidding, on build-own-operate (BOO) basis.

SJVN is expected to enter into a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with the successful selected bidders for

25 years based on the terms, conditions and provisions of the RfS and PPA.

The SJVN tender mentioned that the bidder is expected to have a minimum project capacity or contracted capacity of 50 MW and the maximum project capacity of 600 MW.

Document Fee/Cost of RfS Document (Non-refundable) - Rs. 29,500/-

Bid Processing Fee - Rs. 15 Lakh + 18% GST

The earnest money deposit (EMD) – Rs. 9,42,000/- per MW per project subject to a maximum of INR 20 crore to be submitted

Last date of bids submission - 17/06/2024

Date of pre-bid meeting - 10.05.2024 at 11:00 Hrs

Last Date and Time for submission of Online Bids - 17.06.2024 till 18:00 Hrs

Last Date and Time for submission of Hard Copy of Documents - 20.06.2024 by 18:00 Hrs

Date & Time of Opening of Technical Bid. - 21.06.2024 at 11:00 Hrs
