SBI Issues Empanelment Tender for Solar Projects for Hyderabad Circle

SBI Infra Management Solutions Pvt Ltd (SBIIMS), a wholly owned subsidiary of country’s largest lender State Bank of India (SBI), has invited applications for the empanelment of contractors for grid connected solar plant for its branches and offices that comes under the control of SBI Hyderabad Circle.

As per the tender, the scope of work includes supply, installation, testing, commissioning, operation and maintenance of the solar power plant under capex and opex model with net metering arrangement.

The last date and time of bid submission is January 21, 2020 at 3:00 p.m.

Moreover, the earned money deposited (EMD) will be Rs 10,000 and the tender cost is Rs 3,000.

SBIIMS, further stated that the empanelment will be valid for 5 years and subject to further extension as per the requirement of the bank. However, it will be periodically reviewed to keep fresh.

For the working time, the contractor has to work round the clock including holidays, for which no extra payment will be paid, it added.

To be eligible for empanelment up to 0-100 KWp, the average annual financial turnover of the contractor during the last 3 years should be Rs 11.40 lakh. While, for the empanelment up to 0-200 KWp, his average annual financial turnover during the last 3 years should be Rs 22.80 lakh.

Earlier in 2017, SBI incorporated SBI Infra Management Solutions to manage its premises and estate related matters. The primary role of the new entity is to handle transaction management, advisory services, project management, facility management and implementation of policies and initiatives.
